I confess not to have registered the view above the entrance of prof.
Bongs appartment.
Looking at it now on google earth it seems that the one above was
original and the one on first floor
either added or closed for more living space, but being aware of your
excellent memory you are probably right
although it must have been exceptional for the difficult period under
Soviet rule for a private person to execute
that work.

Also correction to my last mail. The name of the owner of the big
house on Mehlplatz was Zalodek or Zaloudek not Jalusetzki as my friend
Marcel Spiegler pointed out to me. He is also in your category of
memory, but I may explain and excuse the mistake considering the
famousness of the letter name.
