Dear Czernowitzers

I was in Kyiv last week for work, and I can say that life was going on =
absolutely as normal. Well, as normal as anything can be when there are =
foreign troops on the border, with uncertain intentions. The British =
Embassy was advising against travel to the East, but no Czernowitzers =
need to visit that region. But if Russian troops invade, people will be =
rushing West not East and things could get chaotic.=20

As the Georgian invasion came in August at the beginning of the 2008 =
Olympics, and the Ukrainian problems began during the Sochi Olympics, =
one could add that as the Olympic season is over this year, there is no =
reason to worry. =20
