[Cz-L] Lipkani Cemetery

You have posted many messages about fire in Lipkani Jewish Cemetery
(Moldova).

I have sent a person to that site to photograph all remaining graves.
According to some sources there were 1000 graves at that cemetery, others
are putting that number to 2,000.

In any case hope is that at least part of the graves are still intact.

Please consider to donate to that project. The photos and records will be
available at JewishGen JOWBR, and some photos at Bessarabia SIG Website as
soon as they arrive.
