Thanks to Hedwig, and to all the others that responded (about 75). There
is no need for further responses -- it appears that everything is
working quite well with no-one reporting any problems except for my
original correspondent.

To Alex, I suggest contacting your ISP and ask them if Ehpes is being
blocked by them for some reason. You can ask whomever you get on the
phone if they can connect to Ehpes.
