 Verlag: Leon Koenig, Papierhandlung Czernowitz.

This is the bombed- out North side of the Ringplatz.
Here was the Leon Koenig stationer's shop - the best in town.
His illustrated post cards were a trade mark of Czernowitz.

In early 1941 he was deported to Siberia as exploiter
    of the working class .
The shop together with the entire North side was blown up in July 41.
   For enigmatic reasons.
Today the Shevchenko statue stands there.
