Hedwig ,
Eating boxer, dates and figs belong to the Lag Baomer holiday.
 Holy land fruits for the kids.
 Boxer ( where comes this name from ?) is the carob or in
  German Johannesbrod.
  Used as addition to cattle food but at Lag Baomer as
  an Holy land fruit for kids with strong teeth.
