[Cz-L] Interesting!!

I was looking at some Ukrainian stamp lists and found several
showing"Ginzburg's House"!! Sounded like a tribal name,not Ukrainian so
looked it up on Google. Turns out originally built as Kiev,s first
skyscraper by architects Minkus and Troupyanski in 1910-12 and after a
variety of problems it is today the "Hotel Ukraine". So my question
is...who was Ginzburg??? Apparently in spite of the official name the locals
still call it "Ginzburg House"!!! Cornel
