Come on, Merle. With Cz members all over the globe, not everyone can afford
 a trip to Czernowitz just to stand on one of its balconies for a photo,
especially when
they CAN be in that photo thanks to modern technology. Also, that could
be dangerous. Someone who's had too much vodka can drop overboard or, worse,
might cause the balcony drop.
