Czernowitzers...
Keeping in mind the deplorable condition of the Zvenyachyn Jewish Cemetery, as photographed by my friend Dragos Olaru from the Czernowitz Regional Archives and posted to our ehpes.com Blog
http://ehpes.com/blog1/2014/08/28/the-zvenyachyn-jewish-cemetery/
it seems so, that the idiom "last but not least" doesn't apply, but rather "last and least". In any case, Zvenyachyn is the very last locality on my geographical compilation to the "Census of Romania for the Year 1930: Bucovina Province"
http://hauster.de/data/CensusBucovina1930.pdf
and according to the census for the year 1930 for the "Cernauti Department"
http://czernowitz.blogspot.de/p/census-of-romania-for-year-1930.html
there were in Zvenyachyn 139 Jews (= 18,5 %) among a total population of 753 before WW2.
