In the twenties Czernowitz was under rumanian rule.
  But the heart of the Jews was in Vienna,
   When Lehar wrote his latest Operetta Shmalz
    the tunes were resounding on His Masters Voice players
    all over Czernowitz.
    Like this one from "Paganini " originally sung by Richard Tauber:
