Hi Carlos, Nom on the corner Herrengasse /Square/Ringplatz was in the
twenties a german library
Muehldorf, only with german books, .it was closed 1940/41, than reopen in
the roumanian period 1941/44 From 1945 there were no more private shops. This
was a very important corner in the period between the 2 wars. There stood the
comisioner Big Bubi, with a red cap and transported flwers to girls, and
love letters for lovers, in secret, so the parents never saw them and he
also sold news papers,

Is that the library near the corner of the Herrengasse and the Square ? I
did go to see it , the room was small and the shelves were essentially
empty, old and kind of crooked. ( 2005 ) I think that in 1925-30 it was the
only library in Czenowitz that was affordable (?) I think it is there that
my parents met.
