I have a friend who was born and lived in Chernivtsi during the
Russian period,
She claims that she was exposed to a lot of Anti-Semitism.
Therefore I conclude that at one time and possibly even currently,
there are people in Chernivtsi who are Anti-Semitic,
but since I myself have not experienced any Anti-Semitism in Chernivtsi,
nor have been told by anyone who has been in the city recently,
that they did experienced anti-Semitic attitudes, I conclude that,
in a very general manner, Anti-Semitism is not rampant in Chernivtsi.
