Hardy...these were local Jews dressed quite normally and NOT imported
Chasidim!!! And in your times shuls were long-established and no destroyed

Jewish imported Hassidim dancing in front of the Shewchenko memorial dressed
up in black is not a very clever move.
  We never had this in my times.
  We had great funerals but no dancing.
The locals look at this and say : So these are the Jews of old Cz ?
And shake their heads.
