To the moderator:

If there is a discussion about a Jewish leader, who grew up and lived in Czernowitz till 1991, and about anti-Semitic incidents in the Ukraine, of which Bukowina (it's northern half) is a part, then it's quite related to the topic of this list.

Till now nobody posted links to the statistics about incidents, which Channa mentioned (and I strongly suppose that they exist).
The links from Shelley are about polls, but incident statistics are also relevant.
