As a result of the new tram system, my paternal great-grandparent’s (Lobl) apartment building at 142 Holovna was the first private residence to receive electrification. The wire taps are clearly visible in the picture posted at: http://onufryk.livejournal.com/pics/catalog/4603/171063 .
