So many versions and so many ideas...
My grandmother has a n Ukrainian Housekeeper Kathy. Every Easter she brought
to grandma a Baba, made by her. Indifferent of form, it can be backed in
"Guggelhupf/Form, or like a cake, long. The dough was made with flour, ,
yeast, eggs, butter, sugar ,milk, Sometimes in the middle was some sweet
chees, sometimes only raisins.It was very tasty....It is not the Romanian
savarin,

Not with Rum.
No Rum in Rumania.
