which reads as follows: "Doctorate. The solemn conferment of the doctorate for political science to Mr. Paul Martin Rauch, the son of the local lawyer Dr. Emanuel Rauch, took place on Saturday, November 3rd of this year [1934] at the University Cluj Auditorium."
