We loved Romanian customs.
We were Romanians after all.
Well- kind of Romanians.
On one of my tours in Romania the tourist
guide summing up her lecture on Romanian Jewry
concluded :" Today we have 40.000 Jews
in Romania .."
I interfered: "Too many "
The guide retorted :" No,no too few ".
Difference of opinions.
