The Scientific Supplement to the Leipziger Zeitung [Wissenschaftliche Beilage der Leipziger Zeitung], no. 87, dated July 23, 1891 is publishing an article - in German - by Fritz Racher on his ethnographical studies in "The Mixture of People in Bukovina":

No doubt about, his perception is definitely anti-Semitically and xenophobically influenced, but nevertheless the article is an interesting contemporary document and it's worth following Fritz Racher's itinerary from/to Waszkoutz, in search of the heritage of the different ethnic groups:
