Reb Khaiim Hager founded the Wizhnitzer - Shotz branch of the Wizhnitzer
Chasidic dynasty. There is on Herzel str. Haifa a synagogue that he founded
when he came to Israel. As for the Jewish cemeteries in present Suceava.
There is an old (closed) one and a "new" one. My maternal grandfather Israel
Hacohen Ruhm is buried there. This cemetery is kept in a better state then
the one in Chernivtsi.
