Dragos´ text is largely unquoted from the publication „Black Milk - Withheld Letters from the Death Camps of Transnistria“.
The legal notice says:
„Alle Rechte vorbehalten. Kein Teil des Werkes darf in irgendeiner Form (Druck, Fotokopie, Mikrofilm oder in einem anderen Verfahren) ohne schriftliche Genehmigung des Verlages reproduziert oder unter Verwendung elektronischer Systeme verarbeitet, vervielfältigt oder verbreitet werden“ „All rights are reserved. No part of the contents is allowed to be reproduced in any form whatsoever (print, photocopy, microfilm or by any means) without written consent of the publisher; nor may it be stored, processed, reproduced or distributed using electronic systems."
So only the publishing house can give an approval to use the text. It´s not a question what I would like or not.
Up to me it would have become an open access publication, but no organization was willing to take the additional costs.
