Thank you so much for your comments. No doubt about, many other physicians from Czernowitz, deported to Transnistria, have not been listed in these documents too. I haven't got the complete document collection, just the excerpt published at our ehpes.com Blog

but in my understanding the Romanian authorities listed in 1943 those physicians, who were assigned explicitly as doctors for different locations in Transnistria. Insofar that's just a snap-shot from the year 1943 evidencing 46 names.
