Thank you Mr. Wiznitzer for the valuable information.
Are you coming from Wiznitz, as your family name indicates?

The Ehpes website archives is a good place to start, as it includes =
various entries, photos and other reference materials that will assist =
your research. The federal archives in Czernowitz should have any =
official registers that are 75 years or older and have survived,, such =
as birth, death and marriages. Alexander Tauscher, a former medical =
doctor is the caretaker of the Jewish sites in Wiznitz, including the =
cemetery and Rebbe's residence; his email is included above and =
Ukrainian or Russian are his primary languages, although he speaks some =
Hebrew. The Bukovina Jewish Museum in Czernowitz has several displays =
that refer to Wiznitz, and the staff there, as well as other list =
members will direct you to other sources. =20

Dear all
I am planning a trip to Bucovina, to make research on the history of the
city of Wiznitz, and the Grand Rabbis which lived there.
Does anyone has any useful information about Wiznitz, or knows about any
museums or archives where I can search for information, documents or =
images?
I would appreciate any help.
