A good question. I personally know of no formal 'list'. But I would
imagine that the photos do contain some names (photos 5,6,7 and 8) in
Cyrillic. As well, there must be persons on this List that have a good
knowledge of the history of the Memorial and possibly the names other
than rabbi Mark and the cantor Gurman. In any event we can start with
your uncles BRECHER, and add whatever is brought forward on this List,
finally producing a list of what we know. Imperfect and incomplete for
sure, but we will do the best we can and add it to the album
I'm going to change the subject line to 'Bila Street Memorial' and ask
the List to post the names of the souls they know of that might have
been amongst the 400.
