Thank you, dear Yosef, for your kind words! I forwarded your post to the volunteers of SVIT. I imagine they will be glad to read it. This kind of connection between former Czernowitzers and present volunteers is very important. Thank you for this!
Warm wishes from Czernowitz!
Christian

Dear All
I hope you won't mind, but I would like to share my feelings about
Christian and those wonderful people belonging to movements from GERMANY!,
and UKRAINE! mind you. Instead of spending their free time on a pleasant
vacation, come to work hard under a sweltering sun cleaning the cemetery
where my-our family members are buried. I know something about what that
means because during a not short period I was a farmer here in Israel, and
even more because in 2001when I came there I had to work my way through the
dense vegetation to reach only 5 from the graves of my family. I can't thank
enough and feel a deep respect for all those working now to clean-up the
cemetery. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Now about a person I know for -
you may say - almost all my life - MIMI. Without her relentless activity
many things which are in our interprets wouldn't have happened in nowadays
"Chernivtsi". THANK YOU MIMI! and take good care of yourself.
Yosef Eshet
