Dear Edgar,
Anything about Vienna Austria should hopefully not be off topic since that
was once the capitol of The Hapsburg empire, which included Bukovina. In
fact Vienna was and may still be, the epicenter of the european arts and
culture scene, as Czernowitz (dubbed "little Vienna" was, until 1940, in the
Bukovina. Vienna was home to the world's first and most famous
psycho-analyst, Sigmund Freud. Looking at the photographs of these lovely
young people is inspiring and provides some hope that the future of eastern
europe, if not the world, is in good hands.

Czernowitzers...
Just for the sake of completeness: From Arad in Romania, across Hungary,
back to Western Europe, my first stop is Vienna. Vrey strange but apparently
inoffensive creatures are populating the place in front of the Hofburg
Palace and the Museumsquartier (MQ):

Thia post is definitely off-off-topic, but "stay tuned", I will fully
compensate you with the next one, which will be very much on-topic and
Czernowitz-related.
