[Cz-L] searching relatives or informations

first of all , i apologize for my English

I search any relatives of my family

They were coming from Viznitz but moved to Czernovitz between 1914 and
1920-25 (?)
My grand father was Salomon Teller, he was civil servant, in a tax
administration, my grand mother was born Goldstein (Rachel or Rosa),
both were born near 1880
they remained in Czernovitz until 1947 or 1948 (I know little about the
war, may be mogliev camp ??)

my father, Jacob Teller, born in 1912 in Viznitz, was furrier and
emigrated to France in 1928

I know there relatives in Haifa (same name jacob Teller) and Kiriat-Gat
(may be the Goldstein side)
that's all, that's very few but if somebody can help progress I would
be very gratefull,,,,
