The Merksamer record I mentioned is found on the Ehpes site
http://czernowitz.ehpes.com/, not JewishGen.org. From the main page you
select Ehpes databases, then Czernowitz birth/marriage/death records, or use
this shortcut: http://microtarget.com/czernowitz/CzernowitzBMDindex.htm

The Czernowitz birth/marriage/death records are transcriptions of indexes on
microfilm. To see the full record you either order it using the
instructions on the page with your search results or you look it up on
microfilm at your local Mormon family history center or a genealogical
repository such as the Center for Jewish History in New York (holdings at
https://goo.gl/3RTgLW). In many cases the film is not held locally and must
be ordered.

This specific record, the 1895 marriage of Schmiel Merksamer and Jutte Beile
Mundstein, should be in microfilm 2395730, which contains Volume 1245-15/52
(cont.) Marriages 1893-1898 from the collection entitled "Metrical Books,
1856-1940," with an author listing of "Jewish Congregation. Czernowitz
(Bukowina)." (See also https://goo.gl/onLxtH). A typical marriage record
will give (at least) the date of marriage, the names of the bride, groom,
and their parents, and their hometowns.
