It is called Historical figure of Czernowitz inhabitants and is the first of
a series.
It stands by the west side of the Jewish house on Steinberg street near
Jewish Museum ,
More I don't know.

Does anyone know when this statue was erected? It looks like the typical Jew
depicted in a Nazi era propoganda film. Notice the star hnding down under
the left hand, the big nose and the subvervise humbleness (hat in hand). I
love it! If made currently, where can we buy one?
