Palace has 4 fronts,h
as windows to 4 streets...the Main entrabce is in the Hihenlohgasse,, as I
remember.....

Palace of justice - the most imposing building in Czernowitz.
In 1946 before I left I went to the building to say goodbye:
" I came to say goodbye , I said, I am leaving tomorrow never to come back."
The building remained silent as a stone.
