Thank you so much for your message. Unfortunately that's the photo with the=
 best resolution that I've got. Basing on Prof. Harald Seewann's message, I=
 think we can exclude for the time being a Czernowitzer students associatio=
n and will focus ourselves on students associations from Belgium. In this r=
espect I've got a valuable hint from Prof. Harald Seewann, which I'm going =
to follow soon.
