Czernowitzers…

At the end of the year it’s time to draw the balance. ANNO, the AustriaN =
Newspapers Online Archive, has released so far following Czernowitzer newsp=
apers:

Bukowinaer Post (1893-1914)
Bukowinaer Rundschau (1883-1907)
Czernowitzer Allgemeine Zeitung (1903-1914, 1917-1918)

Several newspaper editions display at the end of one year or at the beginni=
ng of the consecutive year respectively the section „Deceased of the Year=
…“ and so we decided to create a brand  N E W  page „Requiescant =
in pace! - Rest in peace“

http://czernowitz.blogspot.de/2015/12/requiescant-in-pace-rest-in-peace.htm=
l

starting today with the „Deceased of the Year 1896, as per Bukowinaer Pos=
t, Sunday 3, 1896 Edition“

http://czernowitz.blogspot.de/p/rip.html

covering the following surnames: ANDRONIK, BARBER, BOTTA, FECHNER, FLEISCHE=
R, FRANKL, GOLDENBERG, HIRSCH, HOLZER, INDRA, KAPRI, KERK, KRZESNIOWSKA, LO=
GOTHETTI, MANDYCZEWSKI, MIKULI, POPPER, PORUMBESCU, REUS-MIRZA, ROSENHECK, =
ROSENZWEIG, SCHNIRCH, SEICHE, STEINER, STYRCEA, TABORA, WASSILKO-SERECKI, Z=
ELEZNY, ZOTTA

Do you discover your ancestor's name? Not yet? This site will be updated cu=
rrently, although at irregular intervals. Please bookmark the site and watc=
h for genealogical hits!
