I beg to differ,
Über (above) goes with both dative and accusative, like an, auf hinter and other 5 prepositions.
When using it statically asking about what is over a certain object it is over whom and dative. When it is about movement the accusative is appropriate.
Wer ist über mir, who is above me - der oder die Jäger!
Dative correct
But using flight as a a verb => Wer fliegt über mich. Who flights over
me. Accusative correct.
Deutsche Sprache, schwere Sprache ist!
And that still does not answer the question about the name of the book.
