My birth certificate has not been found in the Czernowitz archives. Sasha Wolloch personally searched for it. They gave me a letter confirming that it has not be found; end of story. There is lawyer in Israel who said that in my case two witnesses and the letter would suffice, but she wanted to be paid $2,000.00 in advance without any assurance of a successful outcome.
I will welcome any suggestions.
Best,
Ruth
