> It is and was with a great feeling of gratitude that I found today on
the Jewish Gen burial database a picture of the final resting place of my
great grandmother Berta Glucksmann Sperber
She perished in 1945 in Czernowitz. A late victim of the Holocaust who
was to frail and to broken to resume her life after the Axis defeat.
Thanks also to Ephes for providing the heads up regarding the new listings
regarding the cemetery.
Those who are or were involved in the restoration project of the Jewish
cemetery in Czernowitz deserve a gigantic thank you as well .
