-Dear Edgar,
I have perused a number of local auctions with regard to the first book - Sefer Hok Leisrael' with the 5 humashim/ I found a couple of references to single volumes with only one of the Humashim. In one case it was auctioned at 100$. There are current editions of all 5 books at 70$. It was a very popular book used by less educated people who could learn one weekly parshiya each week with many interpretations . This volume was printed in 1912. Up to you what you wish to pay for it. Its only value is its 100 years age because you can download now free editions of these books.
The second book I did not look up because it is the second part of a 3rf volume of the writings of that rabbi, so there is not much you can do with it unlees you find somebody who has the series and is looking for just thus violume
Regards and succes along the way
Mordecai
