[Cz-L] Claims Conference 'expeditor'

Curious if anyone knows what this means...

I have found my Nana and her husband on a few lists. One of them is
the Claims Conference - Romania.

So clearly they submitted claims - my grandfather for his slave labor,
but my Nana's remarks read 'Expeditor'. What could that mean?
