Berty, it can not bee an odd number. Od numbers were not on the side of the
Rathhause and it had to be on the side of the Rathhause. My parents lived
at Liliengasse 17. That was the Mathildenhoff. Mathildenhoff was the
building which had the balkons at the front of the Rathhausestrasse. I
checked it with Peter Elbau and he confirmed that the Mathildenhoff was at
Rathhausestrasse 14. Acording to my mother: she went from home throw the
passage into the Rathhausstrasse and to her shop near the Savoy cinema. I
was born in 1941 and the shop was taken away by the communist regime. Asher
