I asked the publisher of the foto :Where is this on Golovna with a red
light and when?
He answered This is the intersection of Golovna and Ring Platz,
looking north. The time is probably the winter of 1941 - 1942.
Makes sense also because there was a single red/green light in the
town and it was on Ringplatz intersection Russische/Hauptstrasse.
