One of the people I know currently in Chernivtsi is a very good chess player,
Participates in international chess competition and was part of a group of chess players
Who were successful in getting the Ukrainian department of education to order
that chess playing be taught to all first grade children and continued to be taught
To those children who want to continue learning it.
