Czernowitzers, dear friends...
Inspired by Merle, Bruce and Jerome, I've added the post "In Memoriam Hedwig Brenner - September 27, 1918 – January 23, 2017" to our Ehpes Blog:

Michel Brenner, Hedi's son, wrote a touching obituary as well as Gabriele Weissmann did (in English) and Christel Wollmann-Fiedler in German. Christian was so kind to convey to us the words of farewell from Jakub and Marcela, two young people, volunteers at the Czernowitz Jewish Cemetery in 2016, who visited Hedwig in Haife just a few weeks ago. Irene attended Hedwig's funeral and had the opportunity to offer the sympathies of all of us to Hedi's relatives.
