In primary school 1936 to 1940 I had two colleagues who are related to
your story.
One was Lothar Kudisch whose family was in some way connected to the
Zuckerfabrik in Zjuchka and had a cousin Lothar Kudisch, and the
other, a most intimate friend who lived near by on Goethegasse corner
Universitaetsgasse. was Irmin Korn.

Irmin and his family, incl. an aunt who lived with them (Mrs Bardach)
died on April 4th 1944 in an hotel on Grivitei in Bucarest during the
american bombardment of the town. They had left some 3 weeks before
Czernowitz in order not to remain under Sowiet occupation as they
feared to be deported to Siberia. Irmin was the son of Dr. Josef Korn
and Marie Pacht. (Cannot explain the inconsistency in his mother's
name).

KORN Josef PACHT Taube Marie 1926 Dr. Marriage
KORN Irmin - Leopold Antonia 26-Feb-1930 -Birth

I don't know what happened to both Lothars, lost their treck.
The Korn Kudisch and Kula families were somehow connected in my mind
to Sadagura.
