Dear Christian,
As far as I know, both Jewish cemeteries were indeed located next to
each other, north of the modern Shevchenka St. near the Christian
cemetery. I believe that part of the Jewish cemetery located to the
east of the existing one was destroyed in the 1970-ies.The industrial
zone between Shevchenka St and Polyova St, in particular the
construction company at 9-G Polyova St are built partly on the land
that was once the Jewish cemetery. However, some of the gravestones in
your photos are clearly pre-WWI, those areas might be parts of the old
cemetery.
