This was a Jewish oriented school located near the "Templul Coral". Beside
all regular high school subjects Rabbi Rosen was the teacher for Hebrew and
we took part in the choir of the synagogue.

No, the Jewish High school (Liceul Evreiesc) did not exist in the 1950ies.
Starting school-year 1948 all private schools, confessional (religious)
schools and foreign sponsored schools in Romania were dissolved and
integrated into the one and only State-school System (Reforma
Invatamantului, August 1948).
