Just finished reading the article about Cora Schwartz, whom I hold in high esteem. Although I am very proud of Cora, and enjoyed the article, I feel compelled to comment on a few factual errors.
I know from personal experiences, that interviewers often change names, dates and facts, but we have to be vigilant and stick to the truth. After we, the survivors, will no longer be here to watch out, many historical facts will be changed. (Once a Journalist wrote that I was a survivor of Buchenwald).
Here are the errors:
! The correct spelling of King CAROL and not Carl.
2.His affair with a Gypsy is FICTION. His big love was Madame Lupescu.
3.The deportation from Czernowitz started in November 1941 and not in 1939.
4.Transnistria is in the Western Ukraine and not in Belarus.
Please let me know if i am wrong.
