Hardy will be missed!

I was so saddened to hear of Hardy's passing. His poetry summed up history
in short direct bursts. From the beginning when joined this list I looked
forward to his incredible descriptions of events as he helped me connect
with my mother's life in Czernowitz.

Reading the condolences from so many of us on this list who didn't even
meet him makes me realize what an incredible vehicle the Ephes site is to
keep memories alive.

My condolences to his family. May his memory forever be a blessing.
