Czernowitzers, dear Iosif,
>From the website of the Claims Conference we learn that Natalya Lazar's "dissertation, entitled 'Czernowitz Jews and the Holocaust,' explores Jewish life and the changing dynamics of interethnic and neighborly relations in the contested borderland city, placing the Holocaust in the larger frame of mass violence during World War II.":

Natalya's dissertation has been a subject of a thread brought to us by Iosif as early as December 2015, but the website of the Clark University labels its publication as "withdrawn":

By any chance, do you, dear Iosif, does anybody else know more on Natalya Lazar's dissertation? It seems to me to be essential for conception of history.
Warmest wishes to all of you!
Edgar Hauster
