Nepolokivtsi, today in Ukraine, or: Nepolokouts / Nepolocauti in Austrian /
Romanian time, is a village in North West Bukowina, used to be on the border
between Romania and Poland and last train station before crossing to
Galicia.
It is in the Kotzman / Kotsmani region.

I am not aware of family GRINCH from Nepolokivtsi , but of course they could
have come from there.
You may add GRINCH to JewishGen Family Finder, where there are no Grinch but
one GRINTZ.
There is one GRINCH family in JewishGen Family Tree of the Jewish People.
There are a few GRINCH in JewishGen Ukraine database, none from
Nepolokivtsi, none in Ronamia or Austria database.
