Hello, Ella.

My father's family came from Berhometh, but I don't recall his having
mentioned these names. (I can write you off-list in put you in touch
with his cousin in Holon.)

As for Zloczower: I had an American acquaintance whose family name is
now Sloane but told me that it used to be Zloczower.

Although I do not have it handy, I recall that an early Yad Vashem list
of destroyed communities listed the Jewish population of Berhometh as
somewhere between 900 and 1000.

The current Yad Vashem database of pages of testimony for Holocaust
victims lists 1065 results, though the numbers are almost always higher
than they should be due to duplicate submissions. (Note: you should
search under Beregomet, the current name).

There are lots of Schwartz entries (under various spellings of the name.
I also looked up Ivanir and found several entries (also spelled Ivanier)

See whether that helps:

Best regards,
Jim
