The Center for Liberal Modernity from Berlin organized in parallel a historian summit, concerts and a comemmoration at the Czernowitz Jewish Cemetery between September 4-7, 2019:

Remember, the reconstructed building of "Beit-Kaddishin" or "House of Farewell" a historic Jewish memorial, which has for the last half of the 20th century been one of the symbols of Czernowitz, will host the Czernowitz Holocaust Museum:
